As an Integral Consultant, I offer one-on-one sessions designed to help you connect more deeply with yourself and others — in a way that feels authentic and true to you. My approach is rooted in the Integral perspective, which blends insights from Western psychology with Eastern and other spiritual traditions.

You are welcome to come with any topic or life situation. Here are a few examples that may resonate with you:

• You feel like you’re never “enough” and are caught in a cycle of perfectionism

Session Framework

During the first session, we’ll explore what brings you here and the current dynamics in your life. By the end of that session, we’ll decide together how to move forward.

For situational support or working through a specific challenge, 10–12 sessions are typically needed. For deeper self-exploration and personal growth, the journey may extend over several months or even 1–3 years. There is no obligation — you are free to pause or end the process at any time, just as I may suggest doing so if it feels appropriate.

• Weekly sessions are recommended for continuity and effectiveness
• In-person sessions allow for the richest connection through shared space and full non-verbal presence — though online sessions can also be highly effective
