About me

Welcome, and thank you for being here.

I am an Integral Consultant, Self-Awareness Mentor, Integral Flow Group Facilitator — and also a goldsmith and jewelry designer. (To explore my handcrafted jewelry, please visit the “Papp Zsuzsi Art” section.)

I graduated as a lawyer in 2003 and spent the next 20 years working in multinational corporations, in a field closely related to law. As an international executive, I was responsible for teams and operations across Europe and beyond. I lived and worked abroad, and developed a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives and intercultural collaboration.

In the final years of my corporate career, I served as Head of Ethics and Business Integrity. My primary responsibility was to cultivate a culture of integrity — building systems, supporting change, fostering psychological safety, and designing experience-based workshops. At the heart of this work was always one thing: the human being, and the way we relate, behave, and grow.

My path of self-awareness began early. Since the age of 14, I’ve been asking the deeper questions: Who am I? What lies beyond the surface of personality? For many years, Buddhism was the most influential spiritual system in my life, while my interest gradually expanded toward self-awareness and inner development.

Very early on, I came to believe that one teaching does not exclude another — they can coexist. This “both-and” mindset naturally led me to the integral approach, which weaves together Western psychology and Eastern spirituality. Its system-based perspective deeply resonates with me — intellectually, spiritually, and practically.

I completed the three-year Integral Psychology training at Integral Academy, where I studied the foundations of spiritual traditions alongside theoretical and practical aspects of integrally informed individual support. I have gained a wide range of experiential knowledge through numerous self-awareness trainings and courses, therapeutic groups, and meditation practices. I completed the Integral Circle Leader, Integral Group Facilitator, and Integral Flow Group Facilitator and Master level Flow Group Faciliator trainings under the guidance of Bence Gánti, and I continue to participate within his mentorship program.

For 20 years, the defining principle of my professional life was integrity. I believe this remains true even now — it simply expresses itself differently. On any genuine path of self-awareness, we eventually reach a turning point where we ask ourselves the essential questions: What truly matters to me? What brings me joy? Where do I feel most like myself? Ultimately, these are questions of authenticity. Of living in integrity with ourselves.

As an Integral Consultant, I support individuals in one-on-one sessions and lead self-awareness groups — both in-person in Szentendre and Budapest, and online. My mission is to offer a safe, grounded space where people can reconnect with their inner truth and step into their own authenticity.

I believe that self-awareness groups offer profound insights into how we function, and that the shared experiences and connections formed there can bring deep clarity and healing. These are spaces for transformation — rooted in presence, honesty, and community.
